Are the fans of a contract manufacturer and individual manufacturer always different? 😲
Clear answer: most of the time. 🤷♂️
However, there are customers from the mechanical and plant engineering sector who have standardized their own systems and processes, but in such a way that they cannot and do not want to use series fans.
Here, we at Zenner Ventilatoren Werke are a competent partner and design fans that precisely meet and fulfill the customer's requirements.
This was also the case for this customer from the recycling plant sector, who was looking for a robust fan for his processes, approached us and received a solution.
In the last 3 years alone, we have supplied over 70 of these fans to this one customer, the only difference being the direction of rotation, about half of them are clockwise or counter-clockwise.
The 115 kg centrifugal fans equipped with an inspection opening are fitted with a 500 mm diameter impeller and, driven by a 4-pole 1.5 kW flange motor, deliver 225 Pa at 6,200 m³/h.
Connected on the suction side via hose compensators, the fans are mounted directly on the pressure frame on the pressure side.
Our solutions are as flexible as the customer's wishes, even if, as in this case, it is a standardized product. 👍
