Organ (belt-driven) fans?
Even though belt-driven fans are used less frequently today due to the affordability of frequency converters, they are still essential for certain applications.
This was the case for a customer in the animal feed and grain industry, for whom we once again delivered a one-ton fan.
A proven model that has been reordered repeatedly over the years – a clear testament to high customer satisfaction. 💪🏻
The fan, connected on both sides, generates a pressure of approximately 4,000 Pa at 20 °C and an airflow of nearly 22,000 m³/h. The speed of the 2-pole 37 kW motor is reduced to around 2,000 RPM via belt transmission.
Equipped with a cleaning port, a condensate drain, and additional accessories such as compensators and vibration dampers, the fan was custom-built to meet the client’s specifications.
While we don’t build organs, our fans are praised in the highest tones by satisfied customers.
Quality made in the ore mountains. 🌪️
