But what really matters to ZENNER is not the colors, but the technology. And, as always, this was tailored precisely to the customer's requirements.
For an industrial application where air containing dust and fibers has to be conveyed reliably, a robust industrial fan with a 900 mm impeller was used. The impeller blades were made of Hardox to withstand abrasive loads.
The fan is driven directly by a 4-pole 30 kW motor. It achieves a volume flow of 17,000 m³/h and a pressure of 3,250 Pa.
In addition, the customer requested a pressure-side diverter – manually adjustable with display – and an inspection opening in the housing for easy maintenance.
Regardless of the color, the customer got exactly what they needed: a reliable solution for demanding conveying conditions.
