Customer focus with vision: ZENNER comes on board?

When a ship passes by – ZENNER on site where we are not expected

Anyone who thinks of ships when they hear the words “Erzgebirge” must be creative—because large watercraft are rather rare in our region.

This made the sight that greeted our team all the more surprising when they set off to visit a customer for an on-site consultation.

The reason for the visit was a technical question: the surface temperature of a hot gas fan needed to be checked and a suitable solution found. The special feature: the location offered the best view of an impressive ship – which triggered a musical déjà vu from 1973 for some of us.

Even though our radial fan was being used somewhere else entirely, the ZENNER team parked right next to the object of Schlager's desire and provided on-site consultation with their usual precision, experience, and down-to-earth attitude.

So much fresh air, a good atmosphere, and proximity to our customers make us happy to return to the Ore Mountains time and again – with a smile on our faces and a solution in our minds.
