WUN design for filter systems in wood processing

Our WUN model in a horizontal design is used where robust air transport and reliable backflow prevention are required – e.g. in wood processing.

Thanks to the integrated self-closing check valve between the underpressure and overpressure chambers, this fan design is particularly suitable for direct installation in underpressure filter systems.

The built-in high-performance impeller with backward-curved blades measures 630 mm in diameter and is driven by a 2-pole flange motor with 37 kW power.

At a medium temperature of 20°C, it achieves a volume flow of 23,550 m³/h and a pressure of 4,170 Pa—ideal for applications with heavy dust accumulation or high particle loads.

The design is additionally equipped with a built-in suction nozzle and is designed for heavy-duty ventilation operation.
