While many people come to the Ore Mountains to spend their vacations, enjoy the fresh air, and actively explore the region, our colleagues ensure through their work that this same fresh air is produced at the end customer’s manufacturing facility.

For a customer in the exhaust air purification sector, an industrial fan was designed and manufactured that achieves a pressure increase of 2,900 Pa at a flow rate of 4,300 m³/h.
The 450 mm impeller is driven by a 2-pole 5.5 kW motor via a frequency converter and ensures stable operating conditions for the intended application.

Special attention was paid to noise reduction. For this reason, the fan was equipped with a duct silencer on the suction side. The connections on both sides allow for flexible integration into the existing plant infrastructure.

The unit is completed by a sturdy base frame, an inspection opening, a condensate drain, as well as expansion joints and rubber buffers for vibration isolation.
This fan, too, will reliably perform its service outside of Germany and contribute to the end customer’s satisfaction.

When is this fan the right choice?

This industrial fan is suitable when:

- Exhaust air needs to be conveyed at moderate pressure
- Stable and reliable airflow is required in the process
- Noise reduction through sound attenuation is necessary
- The fan is to be integrated into existing duct systems
- Vibration isolation and a maintenance-friendly design are required

This design is not suitable when:

- Highly contaminated or sticky media are being conveyed
- High temperatures or aggressive media are present
- Potentially explosive areas must be taken into account
