The system is driven by two 45 kW motors from the proven WEG W22 series, ensuring stable and safe continuous operation.
At the heart of the system are two impellers connected in series, each with a diameter of 1,120 mm, which are precisely matched to efficiently achieve the high pressure level.
Special attention was paid to durability under demanding conditions:
- Seawater-resistant aluminum materials for the impeller
- High-quality C4 coating for optimal corrosion protection
This solution is being used in a demanding water technology project where pressure levels, durability, and operational reliability are key priorities.

When is this high-pressure fan the right choice?
This two-stage high-pressure solution is suitable when:
- very high pressure requirements exceeding 20,000 Pa are needed
- standard fans are no longer sufficient
- stable pressure conditions are required in the process
- high operational reliability is required during continuous operation
- corrosive environments or demanding conditions are present
This design is not suitable when:
- only small pressure increases are required
- compact designs with low energy consumption are the priority
- the application does not require a high-pressure solution
