The portrait
ZENNER VENTILATOREN Werke GmbH was founded in 1947 as a craft enterprise.
At the beginning, compressed air and extraction systems as well as the associated technical components were distributed.
The course for today's fan construction was set in the sixties.
The reprivatisation in 1990 also brought about a reorientation of the product portfolio,
so that the continuous development of fans became a priority.
The restructuring to ZENNER VENTILATOREN GmbH took place in 2000.
Since then, the company has been in a constant growth process and is helping to shape the market through proven quality combined with new innovations.

With a developer spirit, the company was founded in 1947. At the beginning, compressed air and extraction systems as well as the associated technical components were distributed.
Automation
Processes and procedures, including development and production, have been automated for many years using computer-controlled robot welding technology.
Infrastructure
We have built a very well-functioning infrastructure over the past few decades. Internally with our now 3 plants and in the network with our suppliers.
Integrations
For some years now, we have been using an ERP system with integrated production planning and control. The material database, work processes, and CAD data are integrated. which makes day-to-day work easier.

Product Overview
Our core competence lies in the customised design, construction and manufacture of centrifugal fans. All steel parts are designed with the help of CAD programmes. The fans are manufactured exclusively as welded sheet steel constructions, but stainless steel can also be used without any issues. In the standard range, the fans are single-stage and single inlet.
Our basic programme is available in various versions, which guarantee consistent adaptation
to the customer's needs.
For example, ZENNER FANS are available for high-temperature and hot gas applications, in accordance with ATEX specifications, as high-pressure fans, corrosion-resistant or technically gas-tight.
For use in special situations, the Zenner special applications, such as fans for mobile applications or ripping fans, guarantee the right customer solution through sophisticated technology.
Thanks to this broad product portfolio, ZENNER FANS can be used in machines, systems and equipment in a wide range of industries.
They are used to convey air or other gas mixtures, as well as to transport heat or solid components such as dust, grains, wood and metal chips, fibers, threads, and more.

Drive types
Our Zenner centrifugal fans are manufactured exclusively as welded sheet steel constructions and can be driven directly, via a coupling or a V-belt. All our fans in the basic range are available in numerous design variants.
Zenner distinguishes between three different aerodynamic types, which are, however, identical or similar in design.
